Steam – Run
Path: steam > start
Function: activates the steam feature.
Factory default: 110°F (43°C) target temperature, ten-minute duration
NOTE: To see the [steam] icon on the interface home screen, a KOHLER steam generator must be
installed and connected to the system controller, and the feature must be enabled on the controller Web
pages. To enable the steam feature, refer to the ″Web Settings – System″ section.
From the home screen, touch the [steam] icon.
If desired, adjust target temperature and duration from the default settings. Refer to the ″Steam –
Setup″ section.
Touch [start] to begin the steam feature at the parameters designated on the screen.
A ″steam warm-up″ pop-up window will appear showing the current steam temperature. A red
chevron (double arrows) appears next to the temperature display until the target steam temperature
is reached.
Once warm-up is complete, the interface beeps once, the pop-up window disappears, and the steam
duration clock begins counting down.
NOTE: If the target temperature cannot be attained, the pop-up window will disappear after 20 minutes,
and the steam duration clock begins counting down. The red chevron will remain, indicating that the
target temperature is not reached.
The steam duration time can be adjusted at any time during the countdown, using the minus and
plus icons to the left and right.
To bypass steam warm-up, touch [skip]. The steam feature will begin, and the red chevron (double
arrows) will appear next to the current space temperature until the target temperature is reached.
