Steam – Deluge
Path: steam > start > deluge
Function: activates 10 seconds of water flow from the default showerhead during the steam session. The
deluge feature can be activated at any time during a steam session.
Factory default: 10 seconds (duration cannot be adjusted)
NOTE: To see the [steam] icon on the interface home screen, a KOHLER steam generator must be
installed and connected to the system controller, and the feature must be enabled on the controller Web
pages. To enable the steam feature, refer to the ″Web Settings – System″ section.
NOTE: The default showerhead is designated in the controller Web pages. For optimal experience, a rain
showerhead is recommended for the deluge feature. To change the default showerhead, refer to the ″Web
Settings – Valve″ section.
From the home screen, touch the [steam] icon.
Adjust steam target temperature and duration, if desired, then touch the [start] icon.
NOTE: The [deluge] icon will not appear until the steam function is activated.
Touch the [deluge] icon to turn on water flow to the default showerhead.
If water was not running: the deluge water will rise to the default water temperature.
If water was running: the deluge water temperature will be the same as set temperature for the
other active shower fixtures on the same valve.
The deluge feature will run for 10 seconds. The blue and red temperature arrows are illuminated,
allowing adjustment of the water temperature.
