4. Bidet wand partially
retracts, hesitates, then
fully retracts.
A. This is proper operation. When
the bidet wand hesitates it is
being rinsed off, then it fully
retracts.
A. No action needed.
5. Bidet wand moves
erratically or stops.
A. The bidet wand cycle was
interrupted.
A1. Turn the power to the toilet off
using the power button on the back
of the toilet, wait 10 seconds, turn
the power back on.
A2. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
6. Bidet dryer air is too hot. A. Temperature is set too high. A1. Lower the dryer air temperature
using the remote control by
selecting; [dryer] > and moving the
[temp.] scroll bar lower.
A2. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
7. Bidet dryer does not start
immediately.
A. The wand has not completed
retracting after the bidet wash
cycle has been completed.
A. There is a brief delay while the
wand fully retracts, then extends
again for the dryer cycle.
8. Bidet wand fails to
extend, bidet functions
cannot be activated.
A. The user is a small child. A. The bidet functions require a sensor
under the seat to be activated.
Children less than 48 (1219 mm)
tall may not activate this sensor.
Flush the toilet using the remote
control.
B. The remote control battery is
out of power.
B. Charge the remote control by
placing it on the docking station.
C. The bidet wand is not
responding to the remote.
C1. Turn the power to the toilet off
using the Power button on the back
of the toilet, wait 10 seconds, turn
the power back on.
C2. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information provided on
the back page of this manual.
Power Troubleshooting
Symptoms Probable Causes Recommended Action
1. There is no power to the
toilet.
A. Toilet is not plugged in or the
GFCI is tripped.
A. Plug in the toilet or confirm the
GFCI has not been tripped.
2. Toilet beeps when
unplugged or plugged in.
A. This is normal operation. A. No action needed.
3. Remote control tells you
the backup battery is low.
A. Backup battery is dead. Note:
The battery is only needed
when there is a power outage. It
is not required for normal
usage.
A. The backup battery is located in an
area that should only be serviced
by a KOHLER Certified Service
Representative. Call the Customer
Care Center using the information
provided on the back page of this
manual.
