4. The toilet has power but
does not respond.
A. As the toilet is powering off,
before the prompt sound has
stopped, the power was turned
on again.
A. After turning the power off, wait
until the prompt sound has ended
before turning the power back on.
5. No water sprays from the
wand or it has a weak
stream when activated.
A. The water supply stop is closed
or only partially open.
A. Fully open the water supply stop.
B. The inlet hose from the water
supply stop to the toilet is
kinked or looped too tight.
B. Remove the kink in the hose or
make the loop wider.
C. The sensor does not detect the
user.
C. Small children may not be detected.
Adjust the sitting position. The
sensor may have difficulty with
fabric or other objects. The sensor
is designed to sense skin.
D. The filter is blocked or
damaged.
D. Service the filter. Refer to the
Cleaning and Replacing the
Filters section.
6. The heated seat is not
working.
A. The heated seat is not enabled. A. Activate the heated seat. Refer to
the Enable/Disable Automatic
Features section.
B. The temperature setting is too
low.
B. Adjust the heated seat temperature
using the remote control.
7. Water stops flowing from
the spray wand before
cleansing is complete.
A. Washing automatically stops 5
minutes after pressing a spray
icon.
A. Press the front or rear icon to
restart cleansing.
8. The deodorizer is not
working.
A. The deodorizer is not activated. A. Activate the deodorizer using the
remote control.
9. The toilet does not flush
automatically.
A. The automatic flush feature is
not enabled.
A. Activate automatic flush. Refer to
the Enable/Disable Automatic
Features section.
B. The sensor does not detect the
user.

manual.
10. The nightlight does not
turn on in low lighting
conditions.
A. The nightlight is not enabled. A. Enable the nightlight. Refer to the

B. The low light sensor is not
working.
B1. Clean the light sensor on the side
control panel.
B2. Call the Customer Care Center
using the information on the back

Remote Control

1. The remote control is not
turning on.
A. The batteries are not properly
installed.
A. Reinstall the batteries. Refer to the
Replacing the Batteries section.
B. The batteries are drained. B. Replace the batteries. Refer to the
Replacing the Batteries section.
2. The remote control is not
connecting with the toilet.
The bottom row of icons
is blinking.
A. The remote is too far from the
toilet to receive a signal.
A. Move the remote closer to the toilet
to regain a connection.
B. The remote is not paired with
the toilet.
B. Pair the remote to the toilet. Refer
to the Remote Control Setup
section.
