3. Prepare the Insert
IMPORTANT! Allow the tile adhesive and grout to cure according
to the manufacturers’ instructions before proceeding.
Lay the tiled, cured tray face down on a towel or blanket.
Place the carrier over the tray so that the studs go through the
holes in the carrier. Center the carrier over the tray.
Place one of the provided 1″ OD washers over each stud. Thread
a locknut onto each stud and tighten securely.
