Dear Valued Customer,

PLEASE READ PURCHASE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY

By approving this purchase, you express understanding of the Residence Delivery Guidelines:

*Once the product has been delivered to the residence, Backyard Accents is responsible for providing the

necessary tools (furniture dolly/forklift) for proper placement and set up of your product. In the rare

occurrence a crane is required; buyer may or may not be responsible for that cost.

*Customer is responsible for “installation” (or arranging professional installation for electrical, gas, water

etc.).

*Once you (the customer, or person signing for the acceptance of the delivery) has checked over the

products and delivery/set up completion has been signed for, Backyard Accents is no longer responsible

for any unseen damages.

I have read and understand the terms and conditions of this contract. I understand that any/all

remaining balance(s) need to be paid in full at or before the time of delivery. Any and all

additional order(s) will be purchased and delivered or shipped separately.
