2.5.1 Making a trial printing for only one copy ([Proof then Print])
Proof then Print
Proof then Print is a function that makes prints by only one copy and holds the remaining copies when print-
ing multiple copies.
Because you can check the print result before starting to print the remaining copies from the Control Panel,
this function is useful for preventing printing of a large number of misprints.
How to print from the computer
1 In [Job Retention] of the [Basic] tab, select [Proof then Print].
2 Specify the number of copies, then execute printing.
Only one copy is printed. Continue to "Operations on this machine".
Operations on this machine
1 Tap [Document Print/Delete].
