SENDER NAME
”.
4. Enter the sender’s name.
• For details on entering text, refer to
“1.5 Entering Text” (p. 9).
• The sender name can contain a max-
imum of 20 characters.

[ENTER]
key.

” menu appears again.
To program the e-mail address of the sender
1. From the “
E-MAIL SETTING 1
” menu
of the INITIAL SET mode, press the
[2]
key from the 10-key pad to select
“
E-MAIL ADDRESS
”.
2. Enter the e-mail address of this
machine.
• For details on entering text, refer to
“1.5 Entering Text” (p. 9).
• The e-mail address can contain a
maximum of 64 characters.
• Be sure to first obtain the e-mail
address from the network adminis-
trator.
• If you do not receive e-mails on this
machine, enter the e-mail address of
the administrator.
3. Press the
[ENTER]
key.
The “
E-MAIL SETTING 1
” menu
appears again.
