7. Enter the name of the programmed e-
mail address.
• For details on entering text, refer to
“1.5 Entering Text” (p. 9).
• Text up to 20 characters long can be
entered for the name.

[ENTER]
key.
• The settings are registered. To program another one-touch dial key,
repeat steps 4 through 8.
9. Press the
[NO]
key to finish program-

” menu
appears again.
4.2.2 Programming Speed Dial Numbers
1. Press the
[INITIAL SET]
key.
2. Press the key 6 times to select
“
FAX REGISTRATION
”.
3. Press the
[2]
key from the 10-key pad
to select “
SPEED DIAL
”.
4. Using the 10-key pad, enter the 3-
digit speed dial number (ex. 011) that
you wish to program.
5. Enter the e-mail address of the recipi-
ent.
• For details on entering text, refer to
“1.5 Entering Text” (p. 9).
• The e-mail address can contain a
maximum of 64 characters.
• If only numbers are entered, it will be regarded as a fax number.
