7. Enter the name of the programmed e-
mail address.
• For details on entering text, refer to
“1.5 Entering Text” (p. 9).
• Text up to 20 characters long can be
entered for the name.
8. Press the
[ENTER]
key.
• The settings are registered. To program another speed dial number,
repeat steps 4 through 8.
9. Press the
[NO]
key to finish program-
ming.
The “
FAX REGISTRATION
” menu
appears again.
4.2.3 Programming Group Dialing
1. Press the
[INITIAL SET]

2. Press the key 6 times to select

FAX REGISTRATION
”.
3. Press the
[3]
key from the 10-key pad
to select “
GROUP DIAL
”.
4. Press the one-touch dial key that you
wish to program.
