8.1 Replacing the Paper Feed
Roller and the Feed Roller
(Bypass)
A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Paper feed roller: Every 360,000 copies (Once
for every 100,000 copies for actual durable
count) (7145)
• Paper feed roller: Every 300,000 copies (Once
for every 100,000 copies for actual durable
count) (7235/7228/7222)
• Feed roller: Every 360,000 copies (Once for
every 100,000 copies for actual durable count)

B. Procedure
1. Open the bypass tray.
2. Remove the 3 screws [1] and remove the plate
[2].
3. Remove the 2 screws [1], then remove the
bypass sensor.
