Step4 Recover the security level of Internet Explorer after the Installation of OCX.
8.2.2. PTZ control over IE
Open the IE and key in the IP address of local video server, and connect to the web
page of local video server. Input the username and password that is the same as the
username and password specified in the local video server. Please refer to “Chapter
8.2 User setting”.
