Installation
Place the device on top of an even and safe surface which supports the
weight of the device and is not heat sensitive
Never place the device on an inflammable surface (such as table cloth, carpet,
etc.)
Do not place the device near open fireplaces, electric oven,
furnaces heaters or other heat source
Position the device in such a way that the plug is easily accessible.
Operation
Before first use, clean the unit as described in the Cleaning section below. Allow the
unit 15 minutes to achieve desired temperature before placing prepared food inside.
This unit is intended to hold the proper temperature of prepared foods. It is not
intended to cook or reheat foods. If you notice condensation on the inside of the unit,
open the rear doors slightly.
Plug the unit it to its own 110/60Hz dedicated outlet, do not share the outlet.
Adjust thermostat to desired temperature. Range is between 86 °F -194°F.
Regularly check the temperature of food being held in the unit. To prevent
bacteria growth it recommended that hot food be held at a minimum of 140
degrees F.
If humidity is desired add water to the water pan, making sure to check regularly during
operation.
The temperature inside can be read from the front display.
Put the foods in appropriate containers before placing them inside the
warmer and shut it by using the sliding door.
Some of the device parts become very hot always use safety gloves when placing or
removing foods.
In order to place or remove foods use the rear door
Switch on the inner light when required by using the light switch of the device
To turn the unit OFF, lower the thermostat to the lowest setting and turn off the light.
Unplug the unit while not in use.
If using the water pan, allow water to cool completely before removing and disposing of water.
Clean the unit after each use following the directions in the Cleaning section.
