Switch at least one of the connected consu-
mers to operating mode within 30 seconds.
Switching from stand-by mode to operating
mode causes increased power consumption
and is automatically detected by the intelli-
gent electronics.
The grounding outlets then remain switched
on for the duration of the increased power
consumption, meaning as long as the
device is being used.
If no device is switched from stand-by mode
to operating mode within 30 seconds, the
connected devices are switched off again.
Note:
The stand-by power consumption of the
connected device(s) must be between 5W
and 100 W.
Connected loads which are outside of this
range cannot be programmed.
Switch-off procedure:
If the television is switched from operating
mode to stand-by mode for example, the
intelligent electronics recognizes this reduc-
tion in power consumption and switches the
grounding outlet boxes off within approxi-
mately 30 seconds if the stand-by power is
the same as or less than the saved value of
the programming procedure.
