Mounting Options Camera - Loosen the locking wheel on the CMCS-1, and slide it into the camera’s hot shoe. Tighten the locking wheel until secure. 1/4-20 Thread Use the 1/4-20 thread to mount directly onto a tripod, mounting bracket, or other accessory using a 1/4-20 stud.
Connections Plug microphones with a 3.5 mm connector into the left and right inputs. Use the included stereo 3.5 mm cable to connect the output of the CMCS-1 to the audio input of a DSLR camera, camcorder, or audio recorder.
Mode Selection Set the selector to Mono or Stereo mode. Mono Mode - Select Mono mode to combine both signals, and output to a 2-channel track. L channel input Output L & R channel R channel input Stereo Mode - Select Stereo mode to send each signal to its own discrete channel. This is ideal for mixing audio in postproduction.
