get reliable after-sales service, please read the following warranty
instructions carefully.
4. The host is installed correctly, the phone is placed in the correct position, the
buzzer of the host does not ring when the power is on, and the phone does not
charge.
5. If the host is faulty, contact after-sales maintenance.
Product After-sales Guide
1. The wireless charging speed is relatively slow.
The mobile phone itself or the external receiving coil allows the wireless charging
current to be different, or the application running consumes a lot of power when
the mobile phone is charging. It is recommended to reduce or close the
application.
2. Charging will heat up.
It is normal that the receiving coil or the transmitting board generates heat during
the wireless charging process. It is recommended to adjust the charging position.
3. The wireless charging of the mobile phone does not work, and the host buzzer
does not sound.
The installation method of the host is wrong or the wireless charging position of
the mobile phone is wrong, please check the installation or place the mobile phone
in the center of the product.
FAQ
1. Please use a power adapter that supports QC2.0 and above protocols, otherwise
it may cause unstable charging.
2. Do not place metal debris or magnetic cards on the product, which may cause
damage or the charger will not work.
3. During use, if the receiving coil or the transmitting board is overheated to stop
charging, please remove the charging device and try again after cooling down.
