Overview 3 Overview The Kramer VP-103 XGA Line Amp/Converter is a high performance line amplifier and format converter for computer graphics video signals (up to at least UXGA). It accepts a computer graphics video input on a 15-pin HD connector, and converts it to two identical outputs of either RGBS, RGsB, or RGBHV.
