7 Using the Embedded Web Pages
The VP-553 can be operated remotely using the embedded Web pages. The Web
pages are accessed using a Web browser and an Ethernet connection.
Before attempting to connect:
 Perform the procedures in Section 6.4.
 Ensure that your browser is supported
The following operating systems and Web browsers are supported:
Windows 7:
 Chrome version 35
 Internet Explorer version 10
 Firefox version 30
Mac (PC):
 Chrome version 35
 Firefox version 27
Android OS:
 Chrome version 35
iOS:
 Chrome version 35
 Safari (depends on the IOS version)
7.1 Browsing the VP-553 Web Pages
To browse the VP-553 Web pages:
1. Open your Internet browser.
2. Type the IP number of the device in the Address bar of your browser. For
