Changing Standby Settings
To change standby settings:
1. In the Navigation pane, click Audio Settings. The Audio Settings page appears
(Figure 17).
2. Define the Standby Settings:
▪ Set auto standby to ON or OFF.
▪ Type the audio threshold to initiate auto standby.
▪ Set the standby timeout to 5, 10 or 15 minutes.
Entering Standby
The device goes into standby when both of the following conditions are met:
• Auto Standby is set to ON in the webpage.
• The signal on the input stays below the threshold for the selected period of time (5, 10,
or 15 minutes).
The threshold can be set by entering a valid number (-100 dB to 0 dB) into the Threshold
textbox (see Figure 17), or using protocol 3000 command AUD-IN-CONF on page 38.
Exiting Standby
The device immediately goes out of standby when either of the following conditions are met:
• Auto Standby is set to OFF in the webpage.
-or-
• The input signal goes above the threshold.
Setting Device Parameters
The Device Settings Web page shows the device details, such as name, MAC address and
firmware version and also enables performing the following functions:
• Changing the name of the unit by typing the name in the Unit name text box.
• Changing the Ethernet Settings on page 20.
• Saving and Loading Settings on page 21.
• Performing a Factory Reset on page 22.
