We also confirm that all switches indicated above are Listed or Recognized by Underwriters Laboratories (UL) and Certified
by Canadian Standards Association (CSA). Therefore these switches are delivered with UL's and CSA's approval mark shown
on the rating label. In order to ensure continuance of conformity with the requirements of UL and CSA such products are
subject to Follow-Up Service Procedures in the form of unannounced factory audits and product reviews conducted by
representatives of these organizations.
We further declare that the switches covered by this declaration meet all safety provisions of the EC directives mentioned
below. These directives represent legal binding laws of the European Union for electrical equipments. To reflect compliance
the switchgears are marked with the CE mark established for this purpose by the European Union.
