SpecificAbsorptionRate(SAR)informationSARtestsareconductedusingstandard

operatingpositionsacceptedbytheFCCwiththephonetransmittingatitshighest

certifiedpowerlevelinalltestedfrequencybands,althoughtheSARisdeterminedat

thehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARlevelofthephonewhileoperatingcan

bewellbelowthemaximumvalue,ingeneral,thecloseryouaretoawirelessbase

stationantenna,thelowerthepoweroutput.

Beforeanewmodelphoneisaavailableforsaletothepublic,itmustbetestedand

certifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimitestablishedbytheFCC,

Testsforeachphoneareperformedinpositionsandlocations(e.g.attheearandworn

onthebody)asrequiredbytheFCC.

Forbodywornoperation,thismobilephonehasbeentestedandmeetstheFCCRF

exposureguidelineswhenusedwithanaccessorydesignatedforthisproductorwhen

usedwithanaccessorythatcontainsnometalandthatpositionsthehandseta

minimumof1.0cmfromthebody.



Thisdevicecomplieswithpart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowing

twoconditions:(1)Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,and(2)thisdevice

mustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesired

operation.AnyChangesormodificationsnotexpresslyapprovedbytheparty

responsibleforcompliancecouldvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment. 



Note:ThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassB

digitaldevice,pursuanttopart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovide

reasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.This

equipmentgeneratesusesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalled

andusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradio

communications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurina

particularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioor

televisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,the

userisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowing

measures: 

‐‐Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.

‐‐Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver. 
