KROSSWOOD CABINETS By Modern Classic Cabinets
LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY
Krosswood Cabinets warrants to the original purchaser for a period of one year from the original
date of purchase. Should any of our products fail due to defects in material or workmanship,
Krosswood Cabinets will at its own discretion, repair or replace the defective part.
This limited warranty does not cover damage due to improper installation, misuse, mishandled,
neglect, abuse, exposure to extreme temperatures or damage due to excessive moisture. This
warranty is not valid for products used for any purpose other than the purpose for which they
were originally intended. This warranty does not cover the cost of removal or installation of
defective product or damage to other or home properties.
Krosswood Cabinets cannot guarantee the finish of any replacements will exactly match the
finish and appearance of original components due to the natural aging process or other
environmental conditions of wood and finish materials.
Changes in humidity from normal seasonal changes will cause wood to expand and contract
physically. This expanding and contracting may cause hairline cracks or “separation” to appear
over joint areas. Doors and other painted products may develop joint separation and visible
cracks. Variations such as these are considered normal and do not indicate a defect and are not
covered under Krosswood Cabinets warranty. A humidification system should be used to
minimize these affects.
Krosswood Cabinets warranty shall become void from the improper use of house hold cleaning
chemicals such as but not limited to: Ammonia or ammonia based cleaners, vinegar, solvents,
mineral spirits, paint thinner or other harsh cleaning chemicals including citrus or citrus based or
acid based cleaners or abrasive cleaning products.
This Warranty is the Exclusive Warranty of Krosswood Cabinets and is in lieu of other
warranties, expressed or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law Krosswood Cabinets
shall not be liable for Consequential, Indirect or Incidental Damages resulting from the
installation, use, or failure of its products.
