HITCH
1.
Make
preparations
for
attaching
implement.
•Selecting
the
holes
of
lifting
rods
and
lower
links
There
are
2
holes
in
the
lower
links.
For
most
operations
the
lifting
rods
should
be
attached
to
the
(A)
holes.

Select
the
proper
set
of
holes
by referring to
the
"Hydraulic Control Unit
Use
Reference
Chart" in
"HYDRAULIC
UNIT"
section.

Drawbar
Remove
the
drawbar
if a
close
mounted
implement
is
being
attached.
2.
Attaching
and
detaching
implements
A
WARNING
To
avoid
personal
injury
or
death:
Be
sure
to
stop
the
engine
and
remove
the
key.
Do
not
stand
between
tractor
and
implement
unless
parking
brake
is
applied.
Before
attaching
or
detaching
implement,
locate
the
tractor
and
implement
on
a
firm,
flat
and
level
surface.
Whenever
an
implement
or
other
attachment
is
connected
to
the
tractor
3-point
hitch,
check
full
range
of
operation
for
interference,
binding
or
PTO
driveline
separation.
Lifting
Rod
(Right)
Level a 3-point
mounted
implement
from
side
to
side
by
turning
the
adjusting
handle
to
shorten
or
lengthen
the
adjustable
lifting rod with
the
implement
on
the
ground.
After
adjustment,
tighten
the
lock nut
securely.

1.
Adjust
the
angle
of
the
implement
to
the
desired
position by
shortening
or
lengthening
the
top
link.
2.
The
proper
length of
the
top
link
varies
according
to
the
type
of
implement
being
used.
