Check and High Pressure Relief Valve
1. Remove the hex. socket head plug (1) and remove the spring
(2) and relief valve assembly (3), (4).
(When reassembling)
• Take care
not to damage the O-ring On the plug.

Cylinder Block Assembly and Thrust Ball Bearing
1. Lay the housing on its side.
2. Remove the cylinder block assembly (pump side) (1).
3. Remove the cylinder block assembly (motor side) (2) with the
motor shaft (3).
4. Remove the thrust ball bearing (4).
(When reassembling)
•
Apply clean hydrostatic transmission oil to thrust ball
bearing, cylinder block and piston.
•
NOTE
• Take care not to damage the surface of cylinder blocks and
pistons.
