Brush Holder

1.

Unscrew

the

two

screws

holding

the

brush

holder

and

remove

the

brush holder.

three screws holding

the

regulator

and

remove it.

Remove

the

four

screws

holding

the

rectifier

(1) and

the

stator lead wires.

nuts and

two

screws holding

the

drive end

frame and

the

rear end frame.

2.

Remove

the

rear end frame (1).

Rotor

1.

Press

out

the

rotor

from drive end frame

drop

the

rotor

and damage

the

slip

ring

orfan,

etc.
