Steering Cylinder 1.0.
1. Measure the steering cylinder 1.0. with a cylinder gauge.
2. If the cylinder 1.0. exceed the allowable limit, replace the cylinder
barrel.

1. Measure the rod guide 1.0. with a cylinder gauge.
2. Measure the rod 0.0. with an outside micrometer, and calculate
the clearance.
3. If the clearance exceeds the allowable limit, replace as a unit.
