Disassembling Control Valve
1. Remove the spring and load check valve.
2. Remove the seal plate and wiper ring from valve housing.
3. Remove the cap, seal plate and wiper ring, and draw out the
spool from the valve housing.
(When reassembling)
• Clean all parts with a suitable solvent, and dry with a lint-free
cloth or air.
• Visually inspect all parts for signs of scoring or damage.
• Install the spool and seal plate to the valve housing, taking care
not to damage the O-rings.

Disassembling Overload Valve (Port Relief Valve)
1. Remove the overload relief valve (1) from the valve housing (3).
2. Separate the all component parts.
(When reassembling)
• Clean all parts with a suitable solvent, and dry with a lint-free
cloth or air.
• Visually inspect all parts for signs of scoring or damage.
• Install the overload relief valve assembly to the valve housing,
using care not to damage the O-ring.
