Assembly Instruction Step 1. Insert Axle in Lower Wheel and Install Wheels. Step 3. Put Main Frame with Lower Wheel Frame and Install Bolt. Step 6. Thread Drum into Bearing and Install Castle Nut and Install Cotter Pin. Step 4. Install Frame Pivot on Lower Wheel Frame and Tighten Bolt. Step 7. Slide Gear Motor Down to Tighten. Chain Holes on Gear Motor Frame are Slotted to Provide Adjustment.
