WPA / WPA2 (most secure) -- Provides maximum level of security. Devices that support WPA or
WPA2 will be able to join this network. You must enter a password between 8 and 63 characters.
WEP (less secure) -- Provides security that is compatible with older devices. You must enter a
password of exactly 5 or 13 characters.
No Security (not recommended) -- Any wireless device can connect your network without entering a
password.
3.2 Internet Connection
The Internet Connection screen is used to configure the Marvell router Internet Connection type. There are 2
connection types to choose from: Disabled, Cellular. Please verify your Internet connection type with your
Internet Service Provider.
3.2.1 Internet Connection Setup
The Internet Connection Setup section contains the following fields:
My Internet Connection is -
Disable - No Internet connection. Only the wireless Home Network is active.
Cellular - This is the default mode of connectivity. You can insert your SIM into the router and the
wireless clients associated can make use of it for internet connectivity! Also note that in this mode, the
ethernet port can be used for connecting any LAN side clients. For 3G USBModem, there are a bunch
of ISP's that we support - you can select one of them from a dropdown list. Also you can update the
router's ISP database by uploading your local ISP settings file.
Network Mode -
4G/3G/2G multimode - All the network mode is enabled
4G only - Only 4G is enabled
4G/3G only - Only 4G and 3G is enabled
3G/2G only - Only 3G and 2G is enabled
Disable NW settings - All the network is disabled
Preferred Network Mode -
4G Preferred - The device will attach to 4G network as prefer
3G/2G Preferred - The device will attach to 3G/2G network as prefer
Selected Profile -
These Profiles will be displayed below with Profile Name, APN Name and Connection Mode,and you
can also add new Profile which will be displayed on drop-down menu of Selected Profile.
3.2.2 Traffic Statistics
Traffic Statistic Screen
The Traffic Statistics Screen displays the received and the transmitted packet statistics for packets that are
sent via the Marvell router.
3.2.3 PIN Managment
PIN Managment Screen
