Operation on the Machine > Copying

When there are waiting jobs

[Print Job List] is displayed.

1 Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select the job to cancel, and press [Menu].

2 Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Cancel Job], and press the [OK] key.

3 Press [Yes] in the confirmation screen.

The job is canceled.

NOTE

When the optional FAX Kit is installed, [Job Cancel List] is displayed. Press the [▲] or [▼] key to select [Print Job

List], and press the [OK] key.

FAX jobs that are being transmitted can be canceled by selecting [Send Job List].

NOTE

Two jobs are displayed in the order of reception by the machine.

NOTE

Select [Detail] and press the [OK] key to show the detailed information of the job.
