Reviewing and editing memos
3. Tap OK.
You’re now ready to record your voice message.
4. Tap to record.
The phone instructs you to “record after the tone”.
5. Record your memo by speaking at an audible level with your mouth proximal to the phone.
6. Tap to stop recording.
7. Tap to play your voice memo, so you know it recorded properly.
You can tap
if you want to pause for any reason, then tap to play the remainder.
8. Tap to clear the recording if unhappy for any reason, and then repeat steps 4 - 7 to record
again.
9. Tap Done when finished.
Reviewing and editing memos
Each time you create a memo, the first line of the memo appears in the Memo list screen.
This makes it easy to locate and review your memos.
To review the contents of a memo
1. From the Applications screen, tap to open Memos.
2. On the Memo list, tap the memo you want to review.
3. Review or edit the text in the memo. To edit the memo, enter or erase text in the memo field.
4. Tap Done to save your changes.
To sort your memos alphabetically
You can set your memos to sort alphabetically.
1. From the Applications screen, tap to open Memos.
2. Tap to open the Memo menus.
3. Tap Options.
4. Tap Preferences from the pick list.
5. Tap Alphabetic in the Sort by: pick list.
6. Tap OK to activate your setting.
