Deleting a To Do item
To delete a To Do item using menus
1. Tap to view the applications screen.
2. Tap to display the To Do List.
3. Tap anywhere in the item you want to delete.
4. Tap the To Do Menu tab in the top left corner of the screen.
5. From the Record menu, tap Delete Item.
A message asks you to confirm your choice and gives you the option of saving a copy for
archiving on your computer during your next HotSync operation.
6. If you want to delete the item completely, uncheck the Save archive copy on PC box.
7. Tap OK.
To delete a To Do item using the Details dialog
1. Tap to view the applications screen.
2. Tap to display the To Do List.
3. Tap once on the item you want to delete.
4. Tap Details.
5. Tap Delete.
A message asks you to confirm your choice and gives you the option of saving a copy for
archiving on your computer during your next HotSync operation.
6. If you want to delete the item completely, uncheck the Save archive copy on PC box.
7. Tap OK.
To delete all completed To Do items
Completed items remain in the To Do List until you use this command. When you delete all
completed items, your phone keeps copies which will be archived on your computer during your
next HotSync operation.

2. Tap to display the To Do List.
Tap Delete.
