Chapter 16
Troubleshooting
This chapter explains how to reset the Kyocera 7135 smartphone, how to troubleshoot problems,
and where to find help.
If you encounter a problem with your phone, look in this section for the description that most
closely matches the symptoms and try the suggestions listed.
For troubleshooting tips not included in this handbook, refer to either the README.TXT file in
the HelpNotes folder located in the C:\Palm directory on your computer. These files are also on
the installation CD-ROM and diskettes.
Where to find help
If you have a problem using the Kyocera 7135 smartphone, review the following:
Your service provider
For most questions about your phone and phone service, contact your service provider.
Your service provider’s customer support department can answer questions about your phone,
phone bill, call coverage area, and specific features (such as call forwarding or voice mail)
available to you.
Your phone documentation
If you have questions about the features of the phone, refer to this guide, as well as the Kyocera
7135 Smartphone User Guide.
See also the
README file in the HelpNotes folder. These files are located in the folder where you
installed the Kyocera 7135 smartphone Desktop software on your computer, usually C:\Palm.
If they are not there, you’ll find them on your installation CD. You can also download the latest
versions of all documents from the Kyocera Wireless Corp. Web site (www.kyocera-wireless.com)
Help on the computer Desktop
The Kyocera 7135 smartphone Desktop software includes Online Help. Just open the Help menu.
