▪ Detected Wi-Fi networks are displayed in the Wi-Fi networks section. To manually
scan for available Wi-Fi networks, tap > Scan.
2. Tap another Wi-Fi network to connect to it.
Note:
If the wireless network you want to connect to is not in the list of detected networks,
tap . Enter the wireless network settings and tap Save.
Data Services
The following topics will help you learn the basics of using your data services, including managing
your user name, launching a data connection, and navigating the Web with your phone.
Important:
Certain data services requests may require additional time to process. While
your phone is loading the requested service, the touchscreen may appear
unresponsive when in fact they are functioning properly. Allow the phone some
time to process your data usage request.
Launch a Web Connection
Launching a Web connection is as simple as opening the browser on your phone.

Note:
Internet connections can be made either through the 3G or 4G or via Wi-Fi (congured
within the Settings > Wi-Fi page).
Note:
The Chrome browser automatically launches when a Web link is tapped from within
either an email or text message.
Data Connection Status and Indicators
Your phone displays the current status of your data connection through indicators at the top
of the screen. The following symbols are used:
