Screen Lock
You can choose your screen lock feature from a variety of screen lock features.
In order from least secure to most secure, the available screen lock options are:
● None
● Tap (Starter mode only)
● Flick (Standard mode only)
● Face Unlock
● Pattern
● PIN
● Password
Important: Highest security level protection (password protection) and frequent change of
password are recommended to protect your phone and data from unauthorized
access.
To set your screen lock:

Settings > Security > Screen lock.
Use Tap to Unlock the Screen
In Starter mode, your screen lock setting is set to Tap by default.
► Tap to unlock the screen.
Use Flick to Unlock the Screen
In Standard mode, your screen lock setting is set to Flick by default.
► Tap and hold on the screen, and ick toward the unlock icon to unlock the
screen.
Tip:
From the locked screen, you can also launch the Phone, Messaging, or Camera
application by icking toward their shortcut icon.
