Kyocera keyboard (Starter mode) or tap
located at the right of Kyocera keyboard
(Standard mode).
2. Choose from the following options:
Keyboard Layouts: Tap to select QWERTY keyboard or Phone keypad (like a
feature-phone keypad) for portrait and landscape orientation respectively.
Language: Tap to select the input language.
Glide: Check to enter words by drawing a path from character to character in one
continuous motion.
Private Mode: Check to disable the automatic learning of new characters or
words that you type. See My Dictionary on page 34.
My Dictionary: Tap to show the list of your newly stored words. See My Dictionary
on page 34.
Personalize Suggestions: Tap to store suggestions from your social network
accounts, contacts, or messages.
Automatic Text Replacement: Check to set shortcuts to enter predened text
directly from the text suggestion bar.
ATR Dictionary: Tap to create your own shortcuts to type even faster. See ATR
Dictionary on page 34.
Auto Correction: Check to automatically correct mistyped words.
Auto Correction Mode: Tap to select the Auto Correction strength.
Vibrate on keypress: Check to activate vibration when a key is tapped.
Sound on keypress: Check to activate a clicking sound when a key is tapped.
Speak on keypress: Check to hear character spoken when a key is tapped. This
feature is enabled only for the QWERTY keyboard layout.
Speak on words: Check to hear words spoken aloud when they are typed or
selected from the suggestion bar.
Calibration: Tap to calibrate Kyocera keyboard.
