2. Tap the Recent calls tab (Starter mode) or (Standard mode) to
display the Recent calls list.
3. Select an entry from the list and tap .

Tap the phone icon
next to the number or contact to place a call.
▪ For additional options, tap the name or number.
Call from Contacts
You can place phone calls directly from entries in your contacts list.
1. Tap > or to display the phone dialpad.
2. Tap the Phonebook tab (Starter mode) or (Standard mode) to display
your contacts list. Your frequent contacts are displayed at the top of the list.
▪ Tap or to search your contacts.
▪ Tap or > Contacts to display to customize the display of contacts. See
Display Options on page 63.
3. Tap the contact you want to call.

Call Using a Speed Dial Number
Speed dialing lets you contact friends and family easier. See Set Up Speed Dialing on page
57 for information on assigning speed dial numbers.
1. Tap > or > or .
2. For speed dial numbers 2-9, tap and hold the number on the dialpad.

For speed dial numbers 10-99, tap the rst digit and then tap and hold the second
digit on the dialpad.
