Call Restrictions
Call Restrictions allows you to prevent certain calls being made from or to your mobile phone.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Phone settings > Security > Call restrictions.
Enter your passcode and press the Center soft key [OK]. 2.
Select Incoming calls or Outgoing calls. 3.
Select from Allow all, Contacts only, or Block all. 4.
Press the Center soft key [Set]. 5.
Note: You can change the security passcode under Edit code menu. See Edit Code.
Reset Your Phone and Phone Content
This option lets you clear different types of personal information stored on your phone and reset
your phone to factory settings.
From the Idle screen, press the Center soft key [Menu] > Tools & Settings > 1.
Settings > Phone settings > Security > Reset phone.
Enter your passcode and press the Center soft key [OK]. See Edit Code. 2.
Read the message and press the Right soft key [Next]. 3.
If prompted, select Yes to erase all data stored on the SD card. 4.
Enter your PIN or password, if required. See Screen Lock Type. 5.
Press the Center soft key [Reset]. Your phone will power down and reset itself, 6.
which may take up to 10 minutes.
Note: Deleted data CANNOT be retrieved.
Encrypt & Decrypt data
You can encrypt the data in your phone or SD card installed in your phone. You need to enter
the PIN or password for the screen lock for the operation. To set up a PIN or password, see
Screen Lock Type.
Warning: Do not use the phone or remove the SD card during the encryption and decryption
processes as some or all of your data will be lost.
