Language
You can choose to display your phone’s on-screen menus in
English
or in
Spanish

Text Options
The text entry options menu allows you to specify additional features to use during the text entry
process.
Pointer
The pointer function is available in some apps such as Browser in which the pointer icon will
appear in the status bar. You can configure pointer functions with menus including Startup
confirm, Pointer size, and Pointer speed.
Note: You can hide the pointer by long pressing the # SPACE key .
Keyguard
Use this feature to lock the external keys while the phone is closed to prevent accidental key
presses.
► Select one of the following options:
On - Long press to temporarily disable the keyguard by pressing and holding the
External speaker key while the phone is closed.
On - Press 2 keys to temporarily disable the keyguard by pressing the Call list key
and the Volume down key sequentially while the phone is closed.
Off to disable the keyguard.
Storage
The Storage settings menu lets you manage the storage in your phone and provides options for
your microSD card.
Internal storage: View the total space and used space in your phone's internal
storage.
SD card: View total space and used space on an optional installed memory card. For
more information about the SD card options, see microSD Card.
USB Mode
The USB mode menu lets you select the connection mode you want to use. This setting is
available only when connected to the USB port of a computer.
