Add a Group Contact
You can create a group by assigning Contacts entries as members.
Add a Contact to a Group
From the Home screen, press >
Contacts
>
Groups
. 1.
Highlight the group you want to add members to and press the Right soft key 2.
[Options] > Add.
Use the Navigation key to highlight a contact and press [MARK]. A check mark will 3.
appear in the box next to the selected entry.
When you have selected all the entries you want to add, press the Left soft key 4.
[Done].
Create a New Group
In addition to the four groups already in your phone, you can create additional groups.
From the Home screen, press >
Contacts
>
Groups
. 1.
Press the Left soft key [New] and enter the Group name. 2.
Press [SAVE]. After you have saved it, the new Group list is displayed. 3.
Edit a Group Contact
Manage the group contacts that you have created.
Add or Remove a Group Contact Entry
From the Home screen, press >
Contacts
>
Groups
. 1.
Highlight the group to add or remove members and press [VIEW]. 2.
Highlight a member and press [EDIT]. 3.
Use the Navigation key to highlight a member and press [MARK/UNMARK] to 4.
check or uncheck it.
Repeat step 4 to add or remove additional members. 5.
