Access Messages
Read and reply to the messages you have received.
To read a message:
► When you receive a message, your phone will display a notification message along with
the closed envelope icon . Press the Navigation key up or down to select View Now
or View Later. Press .
Note: When the "TXT Auto View" feature is set to on, incoming message is displayed on the
screen automatically. See Messaging Settings.
To reply to a message while it is displayed:
Press [REPLY] to return a message to the sender. 1.
Compose a reply and press [SEND]. 2.
Messages Folder
When the Inbox View setting is set to Contact, all incoming and sent messages are stored in the
Messages folder. Messages folder lets you follow a chain of messages to and from a particular
contact.
View Messages
From the Home screen, press the Left soft key [Message]. 1.

Highlight a message and press
[OPEN]
to display a message thread. 2.
Select one of the following options with a message highlighted (available options may 3.
vary depending on the type of message):
 Press [OPEN] to display a message details.
 Press the Left soft key [Reply/Reply All] to reply to a message.
 Press the Right soft key [Options] to select an option:
• Erase to delete a message thread.
