Default Setting (System Menu)
Override A4/LTR
If A4 size data is printed and there is only a letter-size cassette, the data is printed on letter paper. If letter-size data
is printed and there is only an A4 size cassette, the data is printed on A4 paper. The table below shows the available
settings.
Use the procedure below to specify the override A4/Letter setting. The default setting is

Item Description
On If A4 size data is printed and there is only a
letter-size cassette, the data is printed on
letter paper. If letter-size data is printed and
there is only an A4 size cassette, the data
is printed on A4 paper.
Off A4 and Letter are not regarded as the
same in size.
