Selecting Ringer Types for Messages
1. Press MENU/OK > Settings > Sounds > Ringers > Messages.
2. Select Text Message, Picture Mail, Voicemail, Voice SMS or Email.
If you select Text Message, Picture Mail, or Voice SMS, select Contacts,
Unsaved Numbers, or Private / Unknown.
If you select Contacts, All Contacts or One Contact.
3. Select a category and then select a ringer.
Selecting Ringer Types for Voicemail, Calendar, or Power Up/Down
1. Press MENU/OK > Settings > Sounds > Ringers.
2. Select Voicemail, Calendar or Power Up/Power Down.

Alarms, Power On/Off Tone, or Scheduled Events
1. Press MENU/OK > Settings > Sounds > Ringers.
2. Select Alarm, Power On, Power Off, or Schedule.
3. Select a category and then select a ringer.
Selecting Vibrate Types
You can select vibrate types for incoming calls, messages, alarms, and scheduled events.
1. Press MENU/OK > Settings > Others > Accessibility > Vibrate Type.
2. Select Incoming Calls, Voicemail, Messages, Alarm/Calendar or Power Up/Power
Down.
If you select Messages, select Text Messages, Picture Mail, Voice SMS, or
Email
.
3. Select a vibrate type and press MENU/OK.
Setting Up Voice Guide
Voice Guide activates both voice prompt and keypress echo functions. This feature allows
you to hear voice prompts such as “Start Snooze Mode” and “Snooze Canceled” as well as
spoken numbers as you press the keypad. (The default setting is Off).
1. Press MENU/OK > Settings > Others > Accessibility > Voice Guide.
2. Select On or Off and press MENU/OK.
Tip: When the ringer volume is set to Silence All or Vibrate All, voice guide cannot be
heard.
