• New Group to create a new group entry.
• Edit Contact to edit the selected individual entry.
• Edit Group to edit the selected group entry.
• Delete Contact to delete the selected individual entry.
• Delete Group to delete the selected group entry.
• Contact History to display the selected entry’s history.
• Send Message to send a text or a picture message to the selected entry.
• Send Contact to send the selected entry via Bluetooth.
• Set as Secret to make the selected entry secret.
• Settings to display the Settings menu.
Displaying Contacts Details
1. From standby mode, press CONTACTS (right softkey).
2. Highlight an entry for which you want to see the details and press MENU/OK.
3. Highlight any data field and press MENU/OK. You will see onscreen menu options for
the information displayed.
Note: If you select a group in step 2, entries or phone numbers belonging to the group are
displayed.
Contacts Details options
• Edit to edit the selected entry’s information.
• Prepend to add numbers to the beginning of the selected number.
• Delete # to delete the selected phone number.
• Set Speed Dial to assign a speed dial number to the selected phone number.
• Set as Main # to set the selected number as the main (default) number for the entry.
Adding a New Contacts Entry
1. From standby mode, press CONTACTS (right softkey) > Add New > New Contact.
2. Enter a name for the new entry and press the navigation key down.
3. Enter the phone number for the entry and press MENU/OK.
4. Highlight a number type for the entry (Mobile, Home, Work, Pager, Fax, or Other)
and press MENU/OK.
5. Add other information (email address, URL, or street addres, etc.).
6. Press DONE (left softkey) > MENU/OK.
After you have saved the number, the new Contacts entry is displayed.
Editing a Contacts Entry
1. From standby mode, press CONTACTS (right softkey).
2. Highlight the Contacts entry you want to edit and press OPTIONS (right softkey) >
Edit Contact.
3. Select the field you wish to edit, and then add or edit the information and press
MENU/OK.
4. Press DONE (left softkey) > MENU/OK.
