Deleting Events
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Calendar.
2. Highlight the day from which you would like to delete an event and press MENU/OK.
- or -
Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Scheduled List or To Do List.
3. Highlight an event and press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Delete.
4. Highlight en option and press MENU/OK.
This to delete the highlighted event.
Select to delete multiple events..
All on this List to delete all events on the list.
Completed To Do to delete completed To Do List items.
5. Press YES (left softkey).
To delete old events:
Press MENU/OK > Tools > Calendar > OPTIONS (right softkey) > Delete Memory >
Delete Old > YES (left softtey) > MENU/OK.
To delete all events:
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Calendar > OPTIONS (right softkey) > Delete Memory >
Delete All > YES (left softkey).
2. Press YES (left softkey) > MENU/OK.
Setting Events as Secret
You can set events as secret. The secret events will be displayed as < Cal. Secret > on the
list and cannot be edited or deleted.
1. From the event list display (see “Viewing Events” on page 41), press OPTIONS (right
softkey) > Set Cal. Secret.
2. Enter your lock code and select On.
Select Off to display the secret events.
Alarm
Your phone comes with a built-in alarm clock that has multiple alarm capabilities.
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Alarm.
2. Highlight an alarm number and press MENU/OK.
3. Enter a description for the alarm by highlighting the description field and pressing
MENU/OK.
4. Select a time for the alarm by highlighting the time field and pressing MENU/OK.
5. Select a repeat status for the alarm by highlighting the repeat field and pressing
MENU/OK.
6. Turn the alarm on by highlighting the alarm field and pressing MENU/OK.
7. Select a ringer option for the alarm between Downloaded, Preloaded Ringers, and No
Ringer by highlighting the ringer field and pressing MENU/OK. If you select Downloaded
or Preloaded Ringers, highlight a ringer type and press MENU/OK.
8. Select a volume level for the alarm by highlighting the volume field and and pressing
MENU/OK.
