Voice Services
Voice and Call Memos
Use your phone’s Voice Memo menu to record audio memos to remind you of important
events, phone numbers, or grocery list items, and to record call memos to record the other
party’s voice during a phone call.
To record an audio memo:
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > Record.
2. Start recording after the beep.
To stop recording:
► Press MENU/OK, BACK, END/ or STOP (left softkey), and then press MENU/OK.
To record a call memo:
1. During a call, press OPTIONS (right softkey) > Voice Memo.
2. Start recording after the beep.
To stop recording:
► Press MENU/OK, BACK or END/ or STOP (left softkey), and then press MENU/OK.
(Recording also stops when the other party disconnects.)
Note: Only the other party’s voice is recorded during this process.
Playing Voice/Call Memos
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > List.
2. Highlight the memo you want to play and press MENU/OK.

Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > PLAY > All to play all memos continuously.
3. Press PLAY (left softkey)
To play multiple memos:
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > List.
2. Press OPTIONS (right softkey) > PLAY > Multiple and select memos you want to
play.
3. Press PLAY (left softkey).
Managing Voice/Call Memos
1. Press MENU/OK > Tools > Voice Services > Voice Memo > List.
2. Highlight the memo you want to manage and press OPTIONS (right softkey).
3. Highlight an option and press MENU/OK.
Edit Title to edit the title of a voice memo.
Properties to display information about a voice memo.
Type Filter to list memos by the type order as audio memo, call memo, or all
memos.
Sort by to sort voice memos
Delete to delete a voice memo.
