7. 2 How to Replace Battery
# DANGER
Never open the Battery Compartment Cover while making a measurement.
# WARNING
To avoid possible electric shock, remove test leads before opening the Battery
Compartment Cover. After replacing battery, be sure to tighten up the screw
for Battery Compartment Cover.
# CAUTION
Install a battery in correct polarity as marked inside.
① Remove the Power Cord from the instrument.
② Set the Range Switch to “OFF” position, and remove the Test Leads
from the instrument.
③ Remove the Battery Compartment Cover-fixing screws, and slide the
Cover upwards to remove it. （Attention should be paid not to lose
screws.）
