TERMSOFPAYMENT

Paymentnetthirty(30)daysfromdateofinvoiceorasotherwisespecifiedbySeller.Buyer
agreestopaytheentirenetamountofeachinvoicefromSellerpursuanttothetermsofeach
suchinvoicewithoutoffsetordeduction.OrdersaresubjecttocreditapprovalbySeller,
which
mayinitssolediscretionatanytimechangethetermsofbuyer’scredit,requirepaymentin
cash,bankwiretransferorbyofficialcheckand/orrequirepaymentofanyorallamountsdue
ortobecomedueforBuyer’sorderbeforeshipmentofanyorallofthe
products.Ifseller
believesingoodfaiththatBuyer’sabilitytomakepaymentsmaybeimpairedorifBuyershall
failtopayanyinvoicewhendue,Sellermaysuspendthedeliveryofanyorderoranyremaining
balancethereofuntilsuchpaymentismadeorcancelanyorderorany
remainingbalance,
thereof,andbuyershallremainliabletopayforanyproductsalreadyshippedandallNon‐
StandardProductsorderedbyBuyer.Buyeragreestosubmitsuchfinancialinformationfrom
timetotimeasmaybereasonablyrequestedbySellerfortheestablishmentand/or
continuationofcreditterms.Checks
areacceptedsubjecttocollectionandthedateofthe
collectionshallbedeemedthedateofpayment.AnycheckreceivedfromBuyermaybeapplied
bySelleragainstanyobligationowingfromBuyertoSeller,regardlessofanystatement
appearinginorreferringtoBuyershallpayinterestonany
invoicenotpaidwhenduefromthe
duedatetothedateofpaymentattherateofoneandone‐half(1‐1/2%)percentpermonthor
suchlowerrateasmaybemaximumallowablebylaw.IfBuyerfailstomakepaymentwhendue
Sellermaypursueany
legalorequitableremedies,inwhicheventSellershallbeentitledto
reimbursementforcostsofcollectionandreasonableattorneysfees.
PRIVACYPOLICY

FLYHTAerospaceSolutionsLtd.(FLYHT)usestheinformationcollectedtofulfillyourrequestsfor
servicesandtofacilitatebilling.FLYHTwillsendpersonallyidentifiableinformati onaboutyou
and/oryourcompanytoothercompaniesorpeople when:weneedtoshareyourinformation
toprovidetheserviceyouhaverequested,weneedtosendtheinformationtocompanieswho
workonbehalfofFLYHTtoprovideservicetoyou(unlesswetellyoudifferentlythese
companiesdonothave
anyrighttousethepersonallyidentifiableinformationweprovidethem
beyondwhatisnecessarytoassistus).Personallyidentifiableconsumerinformationisshared
withthirdparties(suchasbanksandcreditcardprocessors)totheextentnecessaryforFLYHT
tocollectpaymentfortheservicesprovided. 


