7.2.1 Maintenance Mode Menu Descriptions
Entering Maintenance Mode provides the Upgrades page to the Maintenance User and Administrator
User.
1. Click Upgrades to upload software or data files. The screen shown in Figure 7-11 will be
displayed.
2. Click Browse to navigate and select the software or data file to be uploaded.

3. Click Upload to start the uploading process. Upon successful completion of the Upload step,
the blue progress bars turn green. The uploaded data files display a CRC code, the uploaded
software file displays the part number of the software. Non-compatible files will be rejected
and an error message displays.
4. Click Apply to start the verification process. Upon successful completion of the verification
step, the blue progress bars turn green. Non-compatible files will be rejected and an error
message displays
5. Click Reset in order to upload another file.
6. For changes to take effect, the system must be rebooted. Click Exit Maintenance Mode.
Note:
If the aircraft status changes to ‘In-Air’ before the Upload process is completed, the system
will reboot automatically and return to Operational Mode, disregarding incomplete uploads.
