Battery Compartment 2-“AAA” batteries KW9177T Sensor D1: Transmission Indication LED D2: Outdoor Temperature D3: Battery Compartment D4: Wall Mount Hole D5: “RESET” button D6: °C/°F” button D7: Stand Get Started Step 1: Insert 3 new “C” batteries (not included) into the clock. Observe the correct polarity. Step 2: Insert 2 new “AAA” batteries into the outdoor sensor. Observe correct polarity. The red LED will flash when transmitting. Step 3: After 5 minutes place sensor outside in a shaded location.

Time Zone Selection/12/24 Hour time Format • • Press the + 12/24 button to select 12 hour or 24 hour time format. Default is 12 hour time. Hold the +12/24 button to select the time zone. There are four time zones: o P = Pacific o M = Mountain o C = Central o E = Eastern Alarm Set • • • Press the MODE/SET button to enter Alarm Mode. “AL” will show on the display. Hold the MODE/SET button to enter alarm set mode. • Press the + or – buttons to adjust a value.

Outdoor Temperature Alert • • • • • • High Hold the ALERT button for 3 seconds to enter high Alert Icon alert setting. Press the + or - button to select the high alert value. Low Alert Press the ALERT button to enter low alert setting. Icon Press the + or - button to select the low alert value. Press and release the ALERT button to confirm and exit. Press the ALERT button to turn the outdoor temperature alert OFF or ON.

Restart If the outdoor temperature is not displayed after 3 minutes, remove batteries from the clock & outdoor sensor. Press any button on the wireless thermometer 20 times. After 15 minutes, return to Step 1 above.
